I know what it’s like to love, and not be loved … as a matter of fact, I became an expert in such. Then one glorious day, Someone strolled into my life and swept me off of my feet! He was in my life all the while, as I was foolishly looking for love … but I didn’t recognize Him in that area of my life! He made me feel as though I was everything to Him … as though there was nothing in the world more important to Him … than me! He helped me to understand so much more about love; therefore, He prepared me in knowing how to embrace love when it finally comes. That Someone was my heavenly Father!
Psalm 34:4 "I sought the Lord, and He heard me; and delivered me from all my fears."
After enduring the false implications of this world's definition of love (i.e., physical, emotional) My heavenly Father opened His daughter's eyes to actually see the foundation of what I was longing, desiring, and needing in my life ... True Love. If I wanted a spouse, a partner, a companion in my life, I had to accept and go through God's lessons of preparation to learn:
Isaiah 55:8 "For My thoughts are not your thoughts; nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord."
I began my journey of preparation for the man, God has for me, not the one I have for myself! Although this journey has been long and I have endured so much; God made sure my life has been prosperous spiritually, emotionally, physically, academically, and even financially. I am ready to love and to be loved ... through my heavenly Father's match-making tool! You see, Love Never Fails! Therefore, when the man who God has for me pursues me ... My Father will prompt me and I will move forward!
Jeremiah 29: 11 "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

- I had to have a heart for His will
- I had to hold on to His word
- I had to be determined towards His way
- I had to recognize that the love I was looking for cannot be found in a person
- I had to realize that this world minimizes God's meaning for love
- I had to develop the ability to be more patient with myself and others
- I had to let go of this world's way of thinking towards men, love, and forgiveness
- I had to embrace being human, but not use it as an excuse to justify 'planned' wrongs
